For the ‘Twelfth Shirt’ campaign, Feyenoord invited fans to submit their own football shirt designs, collecting nearly 4,000 entries.
From these, 12 final designs were selected, which we brought to life on an AR Mirror in MediaMarkt Alexandrium in Rotterdam, as well as a custom try-on Snapchat Lens.
Powered by advanced body tracking, the mirror maps each virtual shirt perfectly to the user’s body, following every movement for a true-to-life try-on experience. Every detail counts: from the texture of the fabric to the stitching on the collar, recreated in 3D for maximum realism.
Step in front of the mirror and you’re immediately wearing a shirt. With simple hand gestures, fans can swipe through the 12 designs, strike a pose, and snap a photo.
Each picture can be instantly saved or shared via QR code, turning a moment of interaction into a lasting memory and shareable content.
To take the experience beyond the store, we also developed an AR Lens for Snapchat using Garment Transfer technology.
Garment Transfer brings high-fidelity 3D clothes into AR, mapping them realistically onto the user’s body and movements.
The Lens makes the designs accessible to a wider audience, extends the campaign’s reach, and keeps fans connected even after they leave the store.
The perfect way for brands to merge physical and digital fan experiences, boosting participation, brand loyalty, and shareability!
