About the job
We are PLAYAR
As a full-service global studio, we craft immersive digital campaigns and physical activations for brands and advertising agencies.
We offer digital services for mobile (web and social platforms such as Snapchat and TikTok), encompassing AR and AI campaigns, CGI videos and gamified experiences.
From AR magic mirrors, mobile & social AR, interactive web experiences to immersive installations, AI photobooths and XR headset experiences, we build solutions for global brands like 2K Games, Netflix, Dior, Amazon and many more (showreel). Furthermore, we are a Snapchat Key AR partner.
Our flagship product, the Magic Mirror, is a premium AR/AI-powered display/booth built for fan engagement, immersive advertising and data capture.
Our clients trust us to turn ambitions into tangible, playable, shareable and interactive experiences. The work we produce reaches real audiences in physical spaces, across the web or on major social platforms.
We are currently looking for a FULL TIME: CREATIVE PRODUCER (3 DAYS IN-OFFICE, 2 DAYS REMOTE)
About the role
You will own the project. From the first client call to the moment it runs flawlessly in front of an audience. That looks different every week. One week you’re scoping an AI photobooth for a launch event. The next you’re briefing 3D artists, chasing a supplier quote and making sure a Snap AR lens is delivered on schedule, on brief and on budget.
You are the thread that holds every project together. The point of contact clients trust, and the person the team turns to when a deadline gets tight. You keep ten plates spinning without dropping one and you make it look calm.
If that sounds terrifying, this is not for you. If that sounds like the job you have been waiting for, keep reading.
What you will actually do
- Own the execution and delivery of immersive and Interactive projects – AR games, web experiences, virtual try-ons, location-based and retail experiences, CGI and AI-generated video – across mobile, web, social platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, etc) and immersive screens
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and team members, local and remote, on every project assigned to you from the concept phase to production until final delivery
- Build project scopes, estimates, schedules and briefs and track progress meticulously
- Coordinate a team of 3D artists, designers and developers and keep everyone moving toward the same deadline
- Contact and manage third-party suppliers and organize location-based activations
- Build relationships with clients and team members that last well beyond one project
Who you really are
- You’ve produced or project-managed for a creative, interactive or experiential agency before
- You are fluent in English and and are proficient in French (minimum B2 but C1 level preferred for both languages); Dutch is a strong plus
- You have a sharp eye for detail. The last 5 percent is where good becomes great and you care about the last 5 percent
- You take initiative and move without waiting to be told
- You’re a natural communicator who can hold their own with clients and keep a team calm under pressure
- When something is yours, it is yours – you take responsibility and you deliver
- You have a good technical understanding of 2D / 3D / AR / dev workflows — enough to scope and sanity-check the work, not necessarily build it yourself
Bonus points
- None of these are dealbreakers. All of them make us smile.
- Experience managing international clients and remote (global) and local teams
- Comfortable with project tooling like Discord, G-Suite, Float, and presentation tools like Keynote or Canva
- A good feel for fashion, luxury and entertainment and an eye on where brand experience and design are heading
- A love for games, pop culture and new forms of interactive media.
Honest note
Every project here is different from the last one. New brand, new platform, new constraints, new problems. If you want a role that looks the same in month twelve as in month one, this is not it. If that variety is exactly what you are missing, you will love it here.
